Toulouse Graduate School Funding
Graduate Student Conference Travel Award
The Graduate School offers a limited number of competitive awards to selected graduate
students who are in good academic standing. The Travel Award will support the cost
of conference registration to professional meetings that are relevant to their degree.

Toulouse Graduate Student Research Award: Graduate students may apply for $100-$1000 to defray costs of equipment use, supplies,
research-related travel, data-access fees, or other expenses directly related to research (funds
cannot be used to pay wages or salaries). Watch the above website for due dates and
other details.
IMPORTANT: When you apply, please send an email to the faculty member supervising
your research as well as to maggie@unt.edu. This will ensure we are on the lookout for any e-form approvals from Toulouse.
Steps to Receive the Funding You Have Been Awarded

- Fill out the Request for Travel form. This form gives you departmental permission to travel with university funds (any level of funding) and initiates the first step in travel.
- Submit form to "Maggie" Keith.Brown@unt.edu
- Maggie will work with you to get set up in Concur, the UNT travel system.
- Once travel is complete, provide receipts to Maggie for reimbursement.
